Visita del prof. Jarosław Grykiel, dell’Università di Poznań, Polonia (28 novembre-2 dicembre 2019).

Dal 28 novembre al 2 dicembre 2019, è stato Visiting Professor al MICHR, e docente al Master internazionale in diritto privato europeo dell’Università “Mediterranea” di Reggio Calabria, il prof. Jarosław Grykiel, dell’Università di Poznań (Polonia).
Lo studioso, venerdì 29 novembre, ha svolto un Seminario, in Aula D11, dal titolo “The legal representation of civil law entities in the international transactions”.

Jarosław Grykiel is a law graduate from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (2002), where he defended his doctoral thesis (2007), habilitation thesis (2018) and where he also works as a professor. His post-doctoral dissertation was published by C.H. Beck publishers in March 2017. In his scholarly work, Jarosław Grykiel lectures and offers MA and PhD seminars and discussion classes on civil and commercial law. He is the co-author of Commentary on numerous Articles of the Civil Code, handbook on commercial contracts and the author of over 50 publications on civil and commercial law. The scope of his main scientific interests covers in particular: – legal representation of civil law entities, including international transactions; – legal form of contracts and other legal activities; – consequences of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of contracts; – companies’ own capitals (types of capitals, methods of financing and rules of disposing thereof); – the legal instruments of protecting creditors on the basis of the legal construction of companies and provisions on the entrepreneur’s register; – the results of expiry of the legal existence of the company and the legal status of the property revealed after liquidation of the company; – critical analysis of the basic definitions from the general part of the civil law (entrepreneur’s activity, professional activity, legal action, form, document, power of attorney). He has been adding to his expertise since 2000, both through his own practice and in cooperation with other law firms. Since 2009, he has been a legal advisor associated at District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.
